Me First Fitness was first established in Pickering Village in 2008 before moving to our current location in South Ajax in 2011. Our facility is 4,000 sq.ft. and consists of three large rooms for small group training, 1-on-1 personal training and fitness bootcamp classes. We are a privately owned and operated company that prides ourselves on quality customer service, unbeatable prices and world-class training.
